BONTEX®, a leading manufacturer of innersoles has developed an environmentally-friendly cellulose insole material that has been adopted by leading manufactures worldwide in a variety of footwear applications. BONTEX® ENVIRO-Insoles overall environmental performance is determined by what is and what is not in the material. These bio-based composites meet many important "green" specifications including:

Up to 90% of insole material is made from sustainable renewable resources, primarily cellulose wood pulp.

Up to 80% of insole material is manufactured using pre-consumer waste and post-industrial recycled materials.

BONTEX® ENVIRO-Insoles do not contain any detectable off-gassing of VOC's or HCFC's.

BONTEX® ENVIRO-Insoles do not contain heavy metals or ozone depleting substances or dyes.
