BONTEX® has pioneered a new composite insole package specifically engineered for cleated and other high performance footwear requiring enhanced ground insulation and pressure distribution.

BONTEX® cleated insole composite is designed to be flexible, distribute pressure more uniformly  while maintaining surface absorption for breathability during sports where cleated footwear is required.

The combination of BONTEX® 244G or BONSTITCH® 305 needle punctured non-woven materials and a specially developed engineered thermoplastic core, reduce foot fatigue and provide footwear manufacturers a cost effective, quick throughput insole product for high performance footwear.

BONTEX® 244G and BONSTITCH® 305 needle punctured non-woven materials have excellent adhesion qualities for cement applications and both retain maximum properties when wet such as abrasion resistance. Also, BONTEX® 244G is Mori-Fresh treated to retard growth of bacteria, fungi and mold.
